BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE, AND MUST RETURN ALL ORIGINALS AND COPIES TO PERTHWEB.
Fluid Remote reserves the right as the sole creator and distributor of the graphic library. You may not distribute derivative works based on the graphic library at any time. You are permitted to create derivative graphics based on this library for use strictly within your own company and/or products.
The graphic images contained within this library may only be used;
• as compiled resources within an application
• as part of your installation/setup program
• as part of a web application
• as part of marketing resources for your application (for example, web site & manual)
They may not be used for any other purpose without prior written permission from Fluid Remote.
LICENSE
This software, including documentation and/or additional materials (the "Software") is owned by Fluid Remote. This Agreement does not provide you with title or ownership of Product, but only a right of limited use as outlined in this license agreement. Fluid Remote hereby grants you a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the Software as set forth below:
• Integrate the graphic library with your applications, subject to the redistribution terms below.
• Modify or adapt the graphic library in whole or in part for the development of your own Applications only, not for resale or any other purpose.
REDISTRIBUTION RIGHTS
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and redistribute executable, compiled and/or web application files created using the Software (the "Executable Code") in conjunction with software products that you develop and/or market (the "Applications").
You cannot use or distribute any of the images if your product allows redistribution and re-use of the images by your users. An example of this would be if your product produces installation software. If you wish to use the graphic library in software that allows other users to re-use the images in their products, please purchase an individual license for each computer and or user.
RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT: distribute this library or any image from the library, distribute modified versions of the image library, in whole or in part, rent or lease the Software or sell any portion of the Software on its own, without integrating it into your application. Additionally, you may not claim that you created any part of this library.
You may not use it in software that allows other users to re-use the images as part of their products.
SELECTION AND USE
You assume full responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software.
